- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination. Also, For some products, we calculate shipping cost once order received and passed it on to customer to provide best shipping cost.
- Free shipping - We do not offer free shipping.
- Large or bulky items (e.g., furniture, massage chairs) may incur freight surcharges based on postcode.
5. 🔁 Missed Deliveries / Re-delivery
If a delivery is missed:
